WhatsApp work messages to our employees

Dave Cole Decorators, Inc. uses WhatsApp to send work schedules and job assignments to our own field employees, and to receive their replies. To do this we use the employee’s name and the mobile number held in our payroll records, the content of the messages we send and receive, and delivery information (whether a message was delivered or read). We use this information only to schedule work and to communicate with our crew about it. Messages are carried by the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. This information is not sold, rented, or used for marketing.

We only send these messages to employees who have agreed in writing to receive them. How often you get them depends on the work schedule. We keep message history only as long as we need it for scheduling and our business records. You can stop receiving work messages at any time by telling the office.

Requesting deletion of your data

Anyone, whether a customer, an employee, or a website visitor, can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about them, including message history. We had the interior of our home repainted. The entry, laundry room, kitchen, living room, hallways, bedroom and office. They also touched up some of our woodwork in the kitchen and bathroom below the sinks that was beginning to show wear due to minor water damage. We are extremely pleased with the results and the whole experience using Cole Decorators. The team leader was very efficient in managing the team, but her primary concern was to do a job that we were completely satisfied with. It was a joy to work with this team from Cole. They were finished within three days, and I never thought it would only take that long. Care was given to all of our personal things in the house. Each afternoon when they wrapped up for the day, everything was carefully put away and secured for the night. Start times were on the dot and ending times were predicted earlier in the afternoon so I could plan accordingly. I never dreamed that this experience could go as smoothly as it did. DCD painted the compressed air plumbing in our new industrial addition. The project required close attention to detail with some of the work done from a lift and a ladder. DCD's painters did a very nice job. The quality of their work was excellent. The painters were great to work with and conscientious. There was no paint on the floor and no mess from painting or cleanup. I recommend DCD and will use them for our next paint project.
